Hi, we just spent 2 weeks trouble shooting v9.1 and not happy with it.
Also, a friend of mine is fighting version 11. The agents keep going
down. Can you recommend a version that is more stable than the
previous two? .....10 or 12? TIA

This is a backup program you are talking about? If there is any
question about stability, then you should consider the whole concept
broken and look for a replacement.

I haven't used that in a long time. IIRC, symantec bought it, and I
pretty much gave up using any version of any product released after
symantec buys it. Weather true or not, it's my impression that the
products quality goes down afterwards.

When I did use it, it was back in the NT4 days. It worked ok, but I
wasn't all that wildly thrilled with it.

Might try the last version before the purchase, but I doubt it will
run on the latest windozes.
